Spring Giving (a poem)

"Spring Art" by Daniel Miltz

The season that wandered so dull and cold

Has come alive and floats again, behold

When little did we all know, and found

That beneath, the cold golden ground

Flowering plants and trees withdrawn

Dancing a new day dawn

Spring with many a flowery shine

Lay a twinkle for months proceeds

They poke their heads through

Along the warming earth in fullest view

Burst in full bloom glance

Into a springtime dance.
