Spring Arrival (a poem)

"Spring Arrival" by Daniel Miltz

Winter snow goin' far away
Like white clouds vanishing in dismay
The air is crisp, the sky is blue
Light shines idle and true
Grass grows in radiant twilight
Thinking of the warming delight
Springtime snickers, happily, to the sky
While looking down on showery mountain high
Winds billow across blue yonder
Life rests, effortless, in casual slumber
